Every breath taken is work done
The moment you realize it, that becomes laborious
Unaware - it brings life to you
Aware and controlled - enlightenment
Aware and uncontrolled breathing leads to stress.
Same applies to all WORK
we all do it all the time, as a mom, friend, daughter, sister.
The instant you think of it as a task
the beauty and charm goes away.
All that remains is a low-level job.
